Tanzania Enlightenment Development Innovations
is a non-profit organization whose main goal is to enhance the quality of education in Tanzania by bridging the gap between theories and practices through the integration of practical skills not included in the typical educational curriculum, such as employability and entrepreneurial skills programs, financial literacy programs, as well as digital literacy skills through the establishment of computer labs in low-resource public schools.

We envision a young, vibrant generation with the capacity to develop Tanzania and be sufficiently competitive on the global market.

By re-evaluating how we learn and encouraging active learning by incorporating practical components in the educational system, we help to improve the quality and relevance of education.

I had a chance to attend the 21st Century Skills Program by TEDI Tanzania on October, 2019. It was a great program. My takes from the program were;
A Young mind, needs more knowledge to succeed. To be resilient you have to be a learner, and be able to learn more. As youth, it starts with you then Others. I can't wait for another Youth Empowering programs like this that aims at equipping youth with the necessary 21st Skills.
